Production and processing require 6–8 weeks, and delivery takes 2–10 business days.
All diamonds 1 carat and above include an International Gemological Institute (IGI) certificate.
Return & Exchange Policy
Final Sale – Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made items, engraved items, resized rings, and item flagged as final sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Conditions

Must contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item

Item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and tags

Unauthorized returns or items showing signs of wear will not be accepted
Return Process

Contact support@seraphium.ca to obtain return authorization

Ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping method

If the package is not insured, the customer is responsible for any shipping damage
(Atelier Seraphium is not responsible for returns without tracking or proof of delivery. Please use the original shipping box or a sturdy replacement, with adequate protective packaging.)
Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

For items valued under CAD 10,000, a CAD 500 processing fee may be deducted

Items over CAD 10,000 are non-refundable, but qualify for one free ring resizing
Exchanges
Fill out the exchange form; a replacement item will be shipped after the original item is received
(Excluding final sale items)

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to modify or cancel it.
